　Our fishery cooperative is located in the northwest of Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture (on the border with Kagawa Prefecture) and has a coastline stretching 17km east to west.The area is in an environment with good fishing grounds with fast currents from the Naruto Strait, and a wide variety of wild fish are caught here.In particular, the wild sea bream caught in fixed nets is sold under the brand name ``Naruto Kitanada Beppin Tai.''
 

　In addition, the prefecture boasts one of the highest production volumes of farmed yellowtail, known to many consumers as "Sudachi-buri," and its farmed wakame seaweed is known nationwide as "Naruto wakame."
 

　The "JF Kitanada Sakanaichi" is a direct sales store (opened in April 2011) operated by the Kitanada Japan Fisheries Cooperative, which is a model aiming to promote the sixth industrialization of fishing, which involves fishermen producing (landing) → processing → selling, a vision that has been embodied since I became president of the cooperative. It is a store directly operated by the fishery cooperative, which proclaims "safety and security" and sells mainly local fish landed off the coast of Kitanada in Naruto City, processed seafood products (dried fish, etc.), souvenirs, and more.
