For cats, this is a very dangerous and difficult spot that they can only get to by crossing the national highway.
Even so, there were cats that were let out of their territory and came here in search of food. In addition to the current cats, there were also cats that were rescued after accidents and stray kittens that were taken in by families and are now happily adopted... I am truly grateful to their owners.

Ten years passed with just the desire to cherish these small lives, and I learned about the harsh environments in which stray cats live.
We would like to introduce these cats to all cat lovers with the hope that they will show some understanding and interest in them, and that the number of unhappy cats will not increase.

For cat lovers
We were planning to hold the Sakanaichi Cat Cafe, but we are pleased to announce that this has been postponed.
The reason is that Yama-chan (Yamato) underwent surgery to remove a growth on his leg, and the opening of the cat cafe has been postponed to allow him to recover.
Also, once Yama-chan is feeling better, I will take my time to think about his health. I will be posting updates on Instagram from now on.

He's shy and keeps his distance when around humans, but if we spend time together we might become good friends... He's lost one of his canines and licks around, but I don't mind. It seems he's had a hard time with his cherry blossom cut since we first met.
